Platform Scope

121212.reviews is a review and affiliate platform. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill physical products. All products and services reviewed on this site are sold by independent merchants within the 121212 ecosystem or third-party retailers. This Refund Policy applies specifically to any direct charges processed by 121212.reviews (such as future premium reviewer subscriptions, subdomain licensing fees, or digital goods sold directly through this Platform).

For refunds on products you purchased after clicking a review link, please contact the merchant directly through the site where the purchase was made.

Reviewer Program — No Charges Currently

At this time, there is no fee to apply for or maintain a reviewer account on 121212.reviews. The reviewer program is free to join. This policy will be updated if paid tiers are introduced.

Future Digital Products and Subscriptions

If 121212.reviews introduces paid features (including premium reviewer tiers, analytics tools, or subdomain licensing), the following general refund terms will apply unless otherwise stated at point of purchase:

Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• The product has a material defect or was not as described at point of sale
• The request is submitted in writing to support@121212.reviews

Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse or change of mind on digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.

Subscription Services (Monthly/Annual)

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; no refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.
• Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months. After 14 days, no pro-rated refunds are issued.
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

Subdomain Licensing Fees (Phase 2)

When city/category subdomain licensing becomes available, specific refund terms will be outlined in the subdomain licensing agreement. Generally, licensing fees are non-refundable once a subdomain has been provisioned and access has been granted.

Affiliate Commission Adjustments

Affiliate commissions may be reversed or adjusted if the underlying purchase that generated the commission is returned or refunded by the customer at the originating merchant. This is standard practice across all affiliate programs. Commission reversals are not subject to appeal where they result from legitimate customer refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any direct charge from 121212.reviews:

1. Email support@121212.reviews
2. Include your name, email address used at purchase, order or transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
3. We will respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your reviewer account.
