1. Agreement to Terms

4. Review Content Standards

Reflect honest, unbiased opinions — paid placements disguised as organic reviews are strictly prohibited
Not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements
Not include personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these standards, in our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Affiliate Program

Approved reviewers may participate in our affiliate program. By participating, you agree to the separate Affiliate Program Terms. All affiliate relationships must be disclosed prominently on review pages in compliance with FTC guidelines. We are not responsible for tracking errors, missed commissions attributable to user ad-blocking or browser settings, or third-party affiliate platform failures.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the review content you submit. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant MCM Enterprises a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and promote your content on 121212.reviews and across the 121212 ecosystem for purposes consistent with operating the Platform.

All Platform design, branding, code, and non-user-generated content is the property of MCM Enterprises and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Submit fake, incentivized, or fraudulent reviews
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or inflate review counts
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform
Attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform

8. Third-Party Links and Products

Reviews on this Platform contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, or fulfill any products reviewed on this Platform. All purchase transactions occur directly between you and the applicable 121212 ecosystem site or third-party merchant. We are not a party to those transactions and bear no liability for product quality, delivery, or refunds — refer to the applicable merchant's refund policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. REVIEWS PUBLISHED ON THIS PLATFORM REFLECT THE OPINIONS OF INDIVIDUAL REVIEWERS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE ENDORSEMENTS BY MCM ENTERPRISES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCM ENTERPRISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT ON IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MCM Enterprises and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
